Our Program
Advantage Healthcare provides personal care services (PCS) in the comfort of your home. Our goal is to enrich the lives of those in the community and to promote the well-being and independence of our clients. Our experienced and highly trained staff of Certified Homemaker/Home Health Aides (CHHA) will care for you or your loved one under the guidance and supervision of a professional RN and in coordination with your doctor. Services are tailored to each individual client’s and patient’s needs and may vary from a few hours per week to twenty-four-hour around-the-clock care. Advantage Healthcare’s Home Care Division services clients throughout the State with dedicated Nursing Supervisors and Client Care Coordinators from our central office in East Orange NJ. Please call us for information about setting up services for you or your loved one. We will walk you through the entire process.
Eligibility
Our care is for the physically frail, functionally impaired, or those requiring supervision due to cognitive or psychosocial impairments. Our program is 100% covered for Medicaid recipients needing assistance with activities of daily living or for private members. We currently provide services for all of Brooklyn.
